Quote requests
When you use the quote form, you provide your name, phone number, city, selected services, callback preference and any additional service details you enter. The request also includes its source page, a request reference and supported campaign parameters from the page address. Please do not include payment-card details, passwords or sensitive personal information.
How your information is used
Crown Cleaning Inc. uses these details to review your request and contact you about the services you requested. Sending a quote request asks Crown Cleaning to call or text you about that request. It does not book a service or guarantee a callback time.
Where quote requests go
The website sends quote requests to Crown Cleaning’s Wix account. An active workflow copies those requests to a separate Crown Cleaning website-intake base in Airtable. Wix and Airtable process the request information as service providers. Crown Cleaning also uses a separate Airtable customer database; automatic matching or synchronization with that customer database is not currently active. Crown Cleaning also uses Quo to send internal quote-request notifications to its shared company phone inbox. These notifications include your name, phone number, selected services, whether you can take a call now, and a short request reference. Quo processes these details to deliver the notifications so the team can respond to your request. These internal alerts are not promotional messages to you.
Browser storage and hosting
The quote form uses browser session storage for Wix visitor authorization and request references, status and diagnostic information. This helps the form check receipt and avoid duplicate submissions. The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Hosting and form providers may process technical information needed to deliver their services.
Unbooked quote retention
Our policy is to retain unbooked quote requests for 24 months. We are putting the retention review and cleanup process in place. This period applies to quote requests that do not become booked services.
